Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread: Ready to Bake in Your Kitchen

Peter C Corso Jr.

After plenty of baking, testing, and fine-tuning, I’m excited to share the finished Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread recipe from Corso’s Baking Company!

This recipe brings together real pumpkin, warm pumpkin pie spice, golden whole wheat flour, and no-sugar-added dark chocolate chips. The dough is sweetened with allulose and made without butter or oil. No electric mixer needed!

A recipe worth taking time over

Developing this loaf took patience and persistence. I tested and adjusted the recipe until I was happy with its texture and flavor. Now, I’m proud to bring it from my kitchen to yours with step-by-step instructions.

Enjoy it plain or with a honey-yogurt drizzle

The plain loaf lets the pumpkin spice and chocolate shine. For an extra finishing touch, the recipe also includes an optional honey-yogurt frosting. The frosting contains honey.

Let the loaf cool completely before slicing or adding the frosting. Store the bread covered in the refrigerator, with or without frosting.
